Shipping Policy

1. Order Processing & Production

Every item at @KeepCalmUAE is made-to-order specifically for you. This ensures the highest quality and reduces waste.

  • Production Time: Please allow 2–4 business days for your items to be printed and quality-checked by our production team before they are dispatched.

  • Note: During peak seasonal periods or public holidays, production may take slightly longer.

2. Shipping Destinations & Delivery Times

We currently offer shipping across the United Arab Emirates. Once your order has been printed and handed over to our delivery partners, the estimated delivery times are:

  • Dubai & Sharjah: 2–3 business days.

  • Abu Dhabi, Ajman, RAK, UAQ, & Fujairah: 4–5 business days.

3. Shipping Rates

  • Standard UAE Delivery: AED 25.00

  • Free Shipping: Available on all orders over AED 300.00

4. Tracking Your Order

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a 3rd party shipping confirmation email (and/or SMS) containing your tracking number. You can use this number to monitor your package's journey through our courier's portal.

5. Delivery Process

Our delivery partners will contact you via the phone number provided at checkout to coordinate the best delivery time.

  • Failed Delivery: If the courier is unable to reach you after multiple attempts, the package may be returned to our production facility. A re-shipping fee may apply.

6. Important Notes

  • Address Changes: We cannot change the shipping address once the order has entered the production phase.

  • Damaged Items: If your item arrives damaged due to transit, please contact us within 24 hours of receipt with photos of the packaging and the product so we can arrange a replacement.
